Keeper
The lonely Keeper has watched over the fairground’s magic for generations. As it begins to fade, he sends the Whisperlings to gather truly loved toys, each carrying a precious spark of wonder.
He believes he is preserving magic.
He doesn’t realise he is trapping it.
Whisperlings
Spectral collectors sent out by the Keeper after dark, the Whisperlings seek out toys that have been truly loved. Silent and strange, they carry them away to keep the fairground’s fading magic alive.
